FOKUS on Sustainable Design
Unlocking the Power of Night Cooling
Meet WindowMaster
In a world where we need to do more with less, the demand for sustainable solutions is rising. Natural ventilation is one of the most promising answers.
Join WindowMaster to explore how their systems harness the power of nature to create healthy indoor climates, meet BR18 and DGNB standards, and unlock the hidden cooling potential of light buildings.
This event gives you a unique chance to dive into natural ventilation and night cooling, guided by specialists and fueled by your own curiosity.
Discover the Power of Natural Ventilation
Join us on October 23rd from 18:00 to 21:00 at WindowMaster’s headquarters in Vedbæk (Skelstedet 13, 2950) for an inspiring FOKUS event on natural ventilation and night cooling.
You’ll learn how WindowMaster harnesses the power of nature to create healthier, more sustainable indoor climates that meet BR18 and DGNB standards. Together with specialists and fellow students, you’ll investigate the cooling potential of light buildings, and examine how materials like wood, gypsum, and furnishings might influence the overall effect more than commonly believed.
During the evening, you will:
Explore the fundamentals of natural ventilation and cooling
Discuss how design choices shape building performance
Consider how sustainable materials can optimise cooling solutions
This event is perfect if you’re curious about ventilation, have a basic understanding of heat transfer, and want to challenge traditional assumptions about what buildings can do.
