Along with the application, you’ll need to answer three specific questions that each company provides. Interview Invitations: After companies review the registered candidates, they’ll invite selected students for interviews. If chosen, you’ll get a chance to showcase your abilities and ambitions during the PRE-PAIR event.

The Event: On the day of PRE-PAIR, you’ll participate in multiple interviews with different companies. You’ll also have the opportunity to network with industry professionals during a dedicated networking session.
